How to Draw a Viking with Mixed Media

In this video from Castle Arts we show you how to color a viking using our 40 Piece Premium Quality Drawing Set. This illustration is divided into quarters.Stage One uses all four pastel pencils, grey, black, sepia and red brown, all three charcoal pencils, soft, medium and hard and the 2B and 4B drawing pencils. Also how to use paper blenders and the kneadable eraser.Stage Two uses the 2B pencil, red brown pastel pencil, blenders and kneadable eraser.Stage Three uses all four pastel pencils, grey, black, sepia and red brown, blenders, sending block and kneadable eraser.Stage Four uses the sepia pastel pencil, hard, medium and soft charcoal pencils. The blenders, sanding block and kneadable eraser.You can also download an A4 PDF tutorial which guides you through the techniques used to color and blend the illustration.
