Standard Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75, for orders less than $75 there is a $4.99 shipping and handling charge at checkout.

Handling time

All orders will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

Orders received prior to 2pm EST will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 2pm EST will be dispatched the following day* unless the order is placed on a Friday when it will be processed and dispatched on the first working day following the weekend (usually the Monday, except when we are all enjoying a long Bank Holiday weekend).

Tracking Information will be emailed directly to you. If you miss a delivery it can be rearranged directly with the relevant courier.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ (which comes with every Castle Arts product), allows you to buy in complete confidence.  If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of your purchase, our unrivalled Satisfaction Guarantee means we will provide you with a free replacement* (and we pick up the tab for the shipping too!) or a full refund - the choice is yours.

Every Castle Arts product comes with this Guarantee, however please note that this is at the Company’s sole discretion.  If it becomes evident that any customer seeks to take advantage of the spirit in which this offer is extended, we will require goods to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase before any refund or replacement is extended.

Change of mind

Returns for reasons other than products damaged by third-party shipping with provided proof, or incorrect products received due to third-party shipping faults, will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost and a restocking fee.

For these returns, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include photos of the product to be returned to assess its condition. Our team will guide you through the return process, including packaging instructions and options for a refund or replacement.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected, and the return process typically takes a few business days to complete. We're here to assist you every step of the way!
