1. Definitions

Company: Refers to the organization or platform hosting customer art.
Customer: Refers to the individual submitting their art to the platform.
Art: Includes any visual, digital, or physical creations submitted by customers.

By submitting art to the platform, the customer agrees to the following:
- The company has the right to use the submitted art for marketing purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, and advertisements.
- The company may modify, crop, or resize the art as necessary for marketing purposes.
- The customer retains ownership of the original art, but grants the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the art.
- The company will credit the artist whenever possible when using their art for marketing purposes.

The following types of art are strictly prohibited:
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, or any material that violates applicable laws or community guidelines.
- Hate speech, violence, or harmful content.
- Art that infringes on intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized use of copyrighted material).
- Any illegal or unethical content.

The company reserves the right to remove any art that violates these terms and conditions.
Customers will be notified if their art is removed, along with the reason for removal.
Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of customer art.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with legal and ethical standards.
