Furthermore, we make our ‘Returns & Refunds’ process as hassle-free as possible. In most cases there is no requirement to return faulty or damaged goods to us, however you may be asked to provide us with photographs to help us investigate and improve our quality measures.
Replacements are dispatched within 24hrs at no additional cost to you. There may be a small surcharge if you request goods to be shipped to an address that differs from the original order.

Returns for reasons other than products damaged by third-party shipping with provided proof, or incorrect products received due to third-party shipping faults, will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost and a restocking fee.
For these returns, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include photos of the product to be returned to assess its condition.
